Serves its purpose, but is bad everywhere else
Not giving one star because it technically serves its purpose.
But it looks like a first grader designed it and is super clunky. You all need to learn about SwiftUI or even just start www cumberland valley national bank built in features that Apple has made so easy to adopt. It’s slow and I think I could create a better looking and functioning app in 1 week. I hope they didn’t pay too much for the developer to make this.
Touch ID needs to be fixed ASAP
I called CVNB and made them aware that since the last update in April the touch to login function is not working. They asked if I had tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I had done that. still not working.
I called them back and told them it’s still not working and was told that no one else had reported an issue with it.
Can others please call enterobacter emb agar and report an issue with it in hopes that they will fix it?
It is so much more convenient to use your fingerprint than to type in a 12 to 15 digit password.
If you’re still experiencing issues, make sure you have installed the latest App version. To check your App’s version, login to the App and select the menu option “About”, the version will appear under the bank’s name. As of 11/27/19, the most recent App version is 4.39.2. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact CVNB Customer Service at 800-999-3126 for assistance.
Removed same day / worthless
Installed despite last update 7 months ago and plenty of bad reviews. Here’s one more. Wife and I both have accounts, tried each, neither would allow us to login. Logged on laptop no problem. Removed from phone, why waste space with something that doesn’t work, and that last update 7 months prior gives one a pretty good idea how much they care about software.
