Since the release of companion Vilja, I have frequently received feedback from players who are unhappy with that companions cannot sleep in the Cyrodiil Inns.
The reason for this little flaw is (simplified explanation) that the beds in the inns have ownership assigned to them - and the ownership is temporary transferred to the player while he/she rents the bed. Which means that even if the gentleman player uses a bedroll to sleep on the floor, the companions will still not use the beds.
Also I found this annoying, so I decided to do something about it. This mod adds extra beds to most of the inns in Cyrodiil - beds that will only be enabled during the period when the player rent a room. These extra beds have no ownership assigned to them, and companions can use them. When necessary, I have adjusted the pathgrid in the areas to help the companions to reach the new beds. In some inns I have used another approach - I temporary unlock a door to a room with an existing bed that has no ownership assigned to it. Then the companions should go there and sleep.
In some inns, the rooms have been so crowded that I haven't been able to add more than a bedroll, and in some inns, I haven't been able to add anything at all. I have discovered that in some inns (notable West Weald Inn in Skingrad), Vilja isn't able to find the bed unless you lead her to it and tell her that she can sleep there.
NOTE THAT THIS IS A BETA VERSION!
So many beds have been added that I simply haven't had time to test every bed in every inn. So, if you find a bed that your companion cannot use, or if you find something else that doesn't work as it should, please let me know.

Overview[]
The ground floor of the inn is spacious and elegant. It contains the main reception area, which consists of a counter, a series of dining and working tables and Augusta's bed, which one can't sleep in. The rooms can be found on the second floor.
The second floor of the hotel is divided into two sections: a dining room containing one large and two smaller tables and the rooms rented by the other occupants. Specifically, there are four rooms: three singles and a double. The double and one of the singles are occupied by Faelian and Atraena, and Gwinas respectively.
The room that one can rent is the single closest to the dining room and contains a bed, a chest and a cupboard. It is not possible to sleep in any of the other rooms. Augusta's study can be accessed from the dining room and contains a desk and a table.

Overview
This is a luxury service mod for wealthy adventurers. It provides a lesser power which will summon an attractive double bed to the player's current location. However, it is only available to the wealthy (must have 1500 g to acquire the spell, must have 1000 g to use the spell at any time, and each use of spell costs 30 g. Note too, that each summons only lasts for five minutes of gameplay. In addition the spell can not be used in or near any of the major cities. Or in combat. Or while trespassing. It can however be used underwater, which is amusing.
To get started, visit the Tiber Septim Hotel in the Imperial City and look for the "Tiber Septim Special Services" book. Did i mention that 1500 g is required to obtain the spell? I did? Good.

Even though you've already recovered Savilla's Stone during the Turning a Blind Eyequest, plundered the key-shaped arrowhead during the Arrow of Extricationquest, and sold off over 800 Gold worth of stolen items as part of the Independent Thieveryquest, you still have more work to do for the Gray Fox. Wait on one of Imperial City's main streets for a day or two and you'll eventually be approached by Amusei once again. This time, the Gray Fox wants you to meet him at Ganredhel's House in Cheydinhal.
Ganredhel's home is just to the south of the abandoned house leading into the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary on the east side of Cheydinhal. Enter the house and speak with the Gray Fox to learn that he needs another special item to move forward with this plans. He needs the boots of Springheel Jak, a famous thief that died some 300 years ago. Legend has it that Jak was buried with his boots on, but the Gray Fox doesn't know where such a grave may be. He recommends that you travel to the Imperial City and search the home of Jakben, the Earl of Imbel, for a clue leading to Springheel's grave. Apparently Jakben is the only known descendent of the Springheel line.
Return to the Imperial City and track down a local beggar like Fralav the Faker. Ask him about Jakben, Earl of Imbel, to learn that he has a home in the Talos Plaza district. The beggar also claims that Jakben mostly keeps to himself and only goes out after dark. When you reach the Talos Plaza district, you'll find Jakben's home along the center ring not far from the Tiber Septim Hotel. Break in during the evening hours when his servant, Gemellus Axius, is asleep. This will give you free reign of the house, and you'll eventually end up searching the third floor through a locked trap door. There, you'll find a locked desk containing a document called the Imbel Genealogy, though it doesn't say anything about Springheel Jak's burial location. Your journal suggests that the Earl himself might be able to tell you, with a little friendly persuasion.
Before speaking to Jakben directly, have a quick conversation with Axius. The servant will tell you that hte entrance into the family crypt is in the cellar and that only the Earl has a key. Axius also reveals that he was warned never to enter it on pain of death. If you quiz the servant during the evening hours, he'll tell you that Jakben is out "searching for his supper", which leads you to believe that you're dealing with a vampire if you didn't already suspect that after talking with the beggar.
When you finally meet up with Jakben, he acts very frightened of you. Ask him about the boots and he'll simply hand over the Imbel Family Crypt Key for you to investigate them yourself. According to Jakben, the crypt gives him "the creeps." Sure they do, Jak. Pay a visit to the basement, where you'll find a locked wooden door leading down into the catacombs. Like the servant said, the door can only be unlocked with Jakben's key.
The catacombs are crawling with vampires, so be very careful. There is also a fair amount of treasure to be plundered in the coffins and chests down here, so you may want to explore every room thoroughly rather than just focusing on the boots. If you take the central hallway, you'll come to a locked door that leads into a larger room occupied by a Vampire Matriarch. Beyond the Matriarch is another locked door leading to Springheel Jak's coffin. Unfortunately, you won't find any boots in the coffin, but it does contain Springheel's diary. The diary recounts Jak's memory of a "great thief" that he was once friends with, though he can't seem to remember his name. He does remember that the thief stole from Nocturnal herself, which pretty much tells you that he's talking about the Gray Fox (who has also been around for 300 years... remember?). The diary contains entries that are decades apart and eventually you'll learn that Springheel Jak isJakben, Earl of Imbel.
Before you can return upstairs to confront him, Jakben suddenly attacks you in full battle armor. Teach the vampire the error of his ways, then search his corpse to find the Boots of Springheel Jakand a few other nice items. Search the rest of the catacombs if you haven't already, then return to the streets of Imperial City and fast-travel to Cheydinhal's east gate to speak with the Gray Fox once more.
The Gray Fox tells you that the boots may be "the last piece of the puzzle", though you still don't know what the puzzle is. He claims that he needs to spend more time with Savilla's Stone, and if all goes well, he might need you for one last task. He warns you that the danger will be great, but the reward will be even greater. Part ways with him, then focus on your new goal of 1000 Gold worth of fenced items as part of the Independent Thieveryquest. When you're finished with that requirement, though, don't wait in the Elven Gardens district for a messenger. For whatever reason, one will never arrive. Instead, move to the Market district or someplace similar and set the waiting clock for 24 hours while you're on a main street. Eventually Amusei will show up again and offer you the The Ultimate Heistquest.

The Lonely Wanderer - Finding a Quiet Spot
Ocheeva will pass this out as our first real mission. It’s actually pretty easy to do too. You just need to kill Faelien and not do it in a flashy assassination in the middle of the street.
Just go out to Imperial City and look around for elf. I talked to Methredhel personally, but I think just about anyone will work. They should point you toward the Tiber Septim Hotel in the Talos Plaza district. Faelien seems to spend a lot of time there drinking with his girlfriend. If you go there during the evening, you will find Faelin.
The problem is that the hotel isn’t a good place for a murder. There is always at least one person who’s awake and he’s staying with his girlfriend. Killing Faelien in the hotel, even if it’s done quietly, won’t look like a street crime. This means that you’ll forfeit the bonus.
You can talk to a few people to learn more about Faelien and his schedule. You can talk to people in the hotel to learn that Faelien became a skooma addict. That’s a decent start. They can also point you toward his girlfriend, Atraena.
You have two options here. You can talk to Faelien and ask him about skooma. He’ll offer to take you to a good spot so that you can do skooma together, if you bring him a bottle. If you already have some from general stealing or looting, you can give it to him now. If not, you can go to his contact in Bravil and buy some (or steal some from the Skooma Den in Bravil). You can also just pickpocket Faelien for a bottle of skooma, and hand it right back to him. He’ll give you a key to Lorkmir’s house and tell you come by in the afternoon.
The easier option is just talk to his girlfriend. Atraena stay in the Tiber Septim Hotel for most of the day. Talk to her and raise her disposition a bit. She’ll reveal that Faelien wanders off to Lorkmir’s house every afternoon to do Skooma.
I guess you could also just follow Faelien, but that feels a bit like cheating, since you’d have to follow him for awhile before he’d make it to Lorkmir’s house.
The Lonely Wanderer - Killing Faelien
Regardless of how you find out about Lorkmir’s house, go to it and get inside. Lorkmir is dead in the basement already (guess he and Tiber septim hotel had a disagreement). This means that the house is an ideal murder zone. The house is already wrecked and there’s even another body in the basement. It will look like a drug related crime and the guard won’t have any reason to suspect the Dark Brotherhood.
Just wait in the house until it’s about noon. Start sneaking and slip behind Faelien for a stealth attack. As long as he doesn’t run outside, you should be fine.
Go back to the Cheydinhal Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and talk to Ocheeva. She’ll congratulate you and give you a well earned bonus and payment. Shadowhunt is a great bow, even if tiber septim hotel aren’t an archer. We’ll actually need a good bow for a later mission, so hang onto this.

We’ve got another stealth mission for this one. We need to kill a mercenary captain, Roderick. He’s trying to fight off a serious illness in his mountain fortress. There are four guards protecting him. If any of them detect you (stealth kills don’t seem to count against you), then you lose the bonus and have to actually stab Roderick to death on his bed.
Note that while sneaking through doesn’t have to be too hard, if you do the timing right, it isn’t that necessary. If you have to forfeit one bonus for the Dark Brotherhood line, then this is it. Deceiver’s Finery isn’t a big deal. It just boosts your Personality and Speechcraft. Don’t worry if you can’t pull off the timing and have to kill the mercenaries.
Teinaava before the mission, he’ll tell you about a secret unguarded entrance to the fortress through the old abbey next door. I didn’t actually find this to be that useful though. It’s almost easier to just go through the front door and take the side routes.
Make sure that you’re in shrouded armor if you want to do a steatlh run, and try to travel light. Travel out to the Fort Sutch. It’s to the North of Anvil. Just walk right into the fort and through the front door.
There’s a guard ahead protecting the lever. Unless you have some good chameleon stuff on, you probably won’t be able to pull off a stealth kill. Instead, pick the lock on the gate to the right and go through the side route. Pick the next locked gate and look out.
There should be two guards down and to the left talking (we’d run right into them and have to wait if we took the abbey road). They’ll talk for awhile. If you move fast, then you can avoid them. There’s just one other guard on the left side of the room doing a circular patrol. Watch the left side and run straight across and up the ramp to reach Roderick’s bedroom area. Quickly follow the marker to the right to reach his medicine cabinet. Take out the good medicine and replace it with the poison. Now, unless you were really quick, the two guards have split up and are moving forward to do their patrols. Walk right up to Roderick and look out. If the guard to the right is facing away, you can drop down and keep the ruined columns between you and the two returning guards. Drop down into the pit to escape their line of sight. You should be able to come up using the left “ramp” and exit through the locked gate at the top (or backtrack through the one you came through). If you take the locked gate, you just have to follow the flooded road back to the ladder and the abbey exit.
Once you leave the fortress, you’re home free. Go back to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and report your success to Ocheeva. She’ll give you your payment and the Deceiver’s Finery.
